NO REFUNDS.

NO EXCHANGES.

NO CANCELLATIONS.

HAIRFETISH do not cancel orders under any circumstance. You must ensure you are placing the order you absolutely need or you will have to wait until the initial order is delivered and returned to initiate the refund process. Our team immediately begins working on and processing your order the minute it comes in, so we simply cannot accommodate ANY cancellation requests.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package:

Hairfetish gives you the option at checkout to cover any lost/stolen/damaged products with ROUTE insurance. If you do not choose the Route Insurance option, Hairfetish is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged.

* ROUTE INSURANCE (opting-in assures your package 📦 is fully covered if lost/stolen/damaged. 

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SELECT THE ROUTE INSURANCE OPTION IN CASE OF ANY CARRIER ISSUES or Issues with your products.

HairFetish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We offer ROUTE insurance at checkout, that covers lost/stolen/damaged products.  If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, your items is lost or damage please contact Route to file a lost/stolen/damaged to file a claim, if you did not chose the ROUTE insurance option at the checkout, you as a buyer assume total responsibility.

FRAUD & BANK DISPUTES

IF YOU DECIDE TO DISPUTE ANY ORDER YOU’VE PLACE WITH US THROUGH YOUR BANK AND COMMIT BANK FRAUD AFTER WE HAVE CONFIRMED OR SHIPPED YOUR ORDER, WE WILL PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. THIS IS BANK FRAUD AND WE PAY HEFTY LEGAL FEES TO ENSURE ALL SCAMMERS PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES.

PLEASE NOTE: FEDERAL LAW STATES YOU CANNOT RETURN HUMAN HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. WE ADHERE TO STRICT POLICIES IN REGARDS TO FEDERAL LAW, HEALTH REGULATIONS, AND HYGIENE CONCERNS. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, OR IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY ALL EXCHANGE POLICIES ARE VOIDED.THE HAIR MUST REMAIN IN THE BUNDLE AND NOT BE UNTIED AT THE TOP.THE HAIR MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND TAGGED.RETURNED PACKAGES MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AS PROOF OF PURCHASE. MERCHANDISE MUST BE PHYSICALLY RECEIVED BEFORE A EXCHANGE CAN BE GRANTED. PLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR PROCESSING.

ANY USED HAIR THAT WE RECEIVE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISCARDED AND WILL NOT BE HANDLED OR RETURNED BY OUR TEAM.

IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RE-SELL USED HAIR, SO WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THAT LOOK WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
