Shipping Policy:

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 3 -4 business days, during SALES it can be 5-7 business days. ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE-PRIORITY SHIPPING- When Shippied expect package within 3-4 business days (POST COVID) Items will only ship only to the address attached to your order. So please make sure that it is correct. If you need to correct your address send us an email ASAP info@hairfetishla.co with your order number and corrected address.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders- Hairfetish is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Hairfetish is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SELECT THE ROUTE INSURANCE OPTION IN CASE OF ANY CARRIER ISSUES. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Package:

HairFetish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We offer ROUTE insurance at checkout, that covers lost/stolen/damaged products.  If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim, if you did not chose the ROUTE insurance option. We only get estimated SHIPPING TIMES & DATES, if there is any delay with any of our SHIPPING CARRIERS, we are not RESPONSIBLE, you have to contact the shipping carrier.
